What can you embroider on site?

Which blanks work best?

Structured caps (Richardson 112, Flexfit), beanies, cotton totes, waffle and terry robes, quarter-zips, aprons, sweatshirts, canvas pouches, and blankets all take a clean stitch. Anything with body and a stable weave holds the design flat wash after wash.

What does not embroider well?

Thin performance tees, four-way stretch athleticwear, and heavily textured or loose knits distort under dense stitching. The fabric puckers or the design stretches out of shape. We would rather tell you that up front than hand back a warped shirt. For those pieces we run a live DTF heat press that lays down full-color, soft-hand graphics instead.

Can you do our logo, not just monograms?

Yes. We digitize your logo once, converting the artwork into a stitch file with the right density, underlay, and stitch direction, then run it consistently across every piece. Bring a vector or high-res file with enough lead time and we test it before the event so piece one and piece two hundred match.
