How much space and power does a station need?

How big is the footprint?

A single two-head station fits comfortably on a six-foot table with roughly eight feet of working depth behind it for the operator and finished-piece staging. A larger multi-head setup for big crowds spreads across two tables. We bring our own tables, or work with yours.

What power do you need?

Each embroidery head runs on a standard 110v household outlet. One dedicated outlet per machine is ideal so nothing trips a breaker. For a two-head station that is two outlets within reach; for outdoor or power-light venues, tell us early and we plan quiet generator power.

What do you bring versus us?

We bring the machines, hooping frames, thread, stabilizer, task lighting, and trained operators. The venue provides the outlets, a bit of floor space, and, for outdoor events, shade or cover, since direct sun and rain are not friends of an embroidery machine. That is the whole checklist.
